The Record

Findings, presented as evidence.

Findings from recent engagements, presented the way we present everything — as evidence. Client identities are confidential; references available on request.

MAXIMUM><ENGAGEMENT Exhibit A · Litigation support
In disputed-liability matters, the physical record outlasted every competing narrative.

Scene measurements, vehicle data, and video — collected to evidentiary standards and reconstructed into expert analysis that held its ground through deposition and cross-examination, in civil and criminal proceedings alike.

Finding: conclusions that survived scrutiny
Case notes: total-station and drone photogrammetry preserved scene geometry; EDR imaging recovered the vehicle data; video was timed frame by frame. Every measurement chain is documented from scene to exhibit — that’s what survives cross-examination.

MAXIMUM><ENGAGEMENT Exhibit B · Operational intelligence
Thousands of monthly log entries became the picture ownership was already paying for.

For Class-A commercial properties, raw activity records were curated into incident reporting and live executive dashboards — trends, hot spots, and response performance in place of a stack of PDFs.

Finding: leadership decisions, made from the record
Case notes: months of raw activity logs normalized into one schema, incident categories aligned to reporting standards, and dashboards that refresh from the record itself — not from memos. Leadership stopped guessing.

MAXIMUM><ENGAGEMENT Exhibit C · Platform deployment
A workforce platform built for a client organization of more than 1,000 employees.

A consulting engagement revealed onboarding, training, and wellbeing data scattered across systems that didn’t talk to each other. CAD+ built the platform; C.O.R.E. supplied the training method that made it stick — one app, one data model, one reporting picture.

Finding: the tools serve the mission
Case notes: discovery interviews across departments, one data model spanning onboarding, training, and wellbeing — and C.O.R.E. coaching loops built into the rollout so adoption held long after go-live.
